8:23Now PlayingBrenton Lindsey spoke on “Start Your Day” about his journey to becoming a skydiver and what inspired him to wear a cow costume on the show.
Lindsey introduction to skydiving came 12 years ago in the Navy as a parachute rigger. As a parachute rigger, Lindsey was able to learn about getting parachutes ready and about jumping. According to Lindsey, “Basically we deliver where we need to deliver to.”
Lindsey then describes skydiving as, “It’s exhilarating. It still doesn’t hit me, like my mind goes blank when I jump.” He says that the first couple of times he jumped, his mind couldn’t quite process what he was doing.
