Task forces from other parts of the world are joining in on the efforts at the Champlain towers that partially collapsed on Thursday. The teams consist of more than 300 responders that are operating on a continuous 12-hour rotation. They are targeting several areas throughout the debris with the use of heavy and small machinery.
