At least one person was killed and millions across the state are feeling the brunt of the storm in different ways. The storm rendered most of Louisiana powerless, with more than one million residents left without electricity. Outside of Louisiana, Ida is also lashing parts of Alabama and Mississippi. Carlos Moore, an attorney in Grenada, Mississippi, who works with local government on infrastructure, joins "BNC Live" with Laverne McGee to discuss the hurricane and its impact.
