The case is taking up a Mississippi law that bans most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy, which directly challenges Roe v. Wade.
Chief legal analyst Laura McNeal joined “DC Today” with host Del Walters to discuss the implications of overturning this ruling and how that would not only hurt trust in the Supreme Court, but will make the Court seem political.
