Taco Bell Girl Arrested Again After Assaulting her 'Friend' at a Fraternity House

Prior DUI Arrest

On February 28, 2025, at approximately 12:19 AM, Officer Brock Westerman with the Pullman Police Department responded to a report of an alleged assault that had occurred at Acacia Fraternity on 800 NE Monroe Street. He arrived at the fraternity house around 12:24 AM and made contact with the caller Briseyda as well as the other witnesses who were there when the alleged physical altercation took place. The 3 girls told Officer Westerman that they ran into 19-year-old Alexis Collins at a fraternity party, and that they got into an argument about prior remarks that Alexis had made about Amya’s body.

Amya told Officer Westerman that after Alexis spoke with another girl inside the bathroom, she became frustrated and told everyone that she was going to leave. Around this time, Alexis allegedly struck her in the back of the head and pulled her hair. She also insisted that she did not touch Alexis or say anything to provoke her. Since Alexis had already left the scene, the officers had to search for her. Briseyda told Officer Westerman about Alexis’ ex-boyfriend, and he was able to call him and ask him to get in touch with Alexis.

Alexis eventually called Officer Luv St. Andre around 1:20 AM and agreed to meet with the officers at University Crossing. Officer Westerman arrived on scene and made contact with Alexis as well as Cael. He began interviewing both of them about what occurred earlier that evening. Officer St. Andre arrived on scene shortly afterwards to assist.

During the interview, Alexis admitted that there had been a physical altercation with Briseyda, but insisted that Briseyda initially pushed her before she pushed back. Alexis also told Officer Westerman that she later left with 2 other friends, and she provided the officer with Emmalee’s phone number. Officer Westerman stepped outside to call Emmalee, but Emmalee told Officer Westerman that she did not personally witness the altercation.

Officer Westerman stepped back inside to further question Alexis. At this point, Alexis she changed her story and told him that she only had a physical altercation with Amya instead of Briseyda as well. He asked Alexis why 3 other people would be telling him that she struck Amya in the back of the head, but she denied doing so. He also detected the odor of alcohol, indicating that Alexis may be intoxicated.

Based on the others’ statements and eyewitness accounts, Officer Westerman decided that he had enough probable cause to arrest Alexis for assault. She was handcuffed, placed in the patrol car, and transported to the Pullman Police Department for further processing.

Alexis was later fingerprinted and photographed after spending some time in a cell. She was also issued a summons for Assault in the 4th Degree (RCW 9A.36.041.2). The officer returned her property, advised her of her charge, and released her pending her court appearance.

Alexis was previously arrested for DUI by the Pullman Police Department on September 2, 2024 after she fell asleep in her car at the Taco Bell drive thru.
