1:02:40Now PlayingAround 7:28 PM on December 4, 2025, officers with the Pinellas Park Police Department were dispatched to 6990 82nd Avenue on a report of a motor vehicle crash. Officers arrived on scene and noticed that a white 2021 Chevrolet had crashed into another vehicle that was parked in the driveway. They made contact with a resident of the home, who told the officers that the driver of the Chevrolet was her brother’s girlfriend.
The driver was later identified as 21-year-old Jennalynn Foster. She told the officers that she was headed to pick up her ex-boyfriend and bring him over to her place. Based on their suspicion of impairment, Jennalynn was asked to perform field sobriety exercises. Her poor performance on the field sobriety exercises confirmed the officers’ suspicion of impairment, and Jennalynn was placed under arrest for driving under the influence.
After Jennalynn was placed under arrest, she was asked to submit to a breath sample, but she refused. As she was being placed in the patrol car, she began resisting and screaming hysterically. She was then restrained in a leg hobble, and she was ultimately transported to the Pinellas County Jail for further processing.
Jennalynn was charged with the following:
-DUI with Property Damage or Personal Injury (316.193(3)(c)(1)))
-Refusal to submit to testing (316.1939(1)(D))
-Battery on a law enforcement officer (784.07(2)(B))
-Resisting an officer (843.02)
-Resisting an officer with violence (843.01(1))
Jennalynn was eventually released on December 7, 2026 pending her court appearance after she posted a total of $11,750 in bonds. Court records indicate that on April 20, 2026, Jennalynn was found guilty of DUI. As a result of her conviction, she was sentenced to 12 months of probation and 50 hours of community service. She also had to pay $983 in fines for her DUI conviction.
