2:43Now PlayingSupreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh refuted his college roommate's assertion that he was sometimes belligerent while drinking during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing Thursday. "Look at the redacted portion of what I said (about his former roommate), I don't want to repeat that in a public hearing," Kavanaugh told Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn.
Kavanaugh also repeated that he did not have episodes of forgetting what happened after a night of drinking, asserting that he did not have a drinking problem.
