Funny enough, all of the information on real estate investing that Philip shares is widely available. All you need to do is Google! It just might not seem that way, but in the end all of this information is pretty easy to source. In today’s day and age financial literacy is very attainable; you just have to be hungry for it.
Investing 101 & Pre IPO - When Should I Invest?
Philip Michael says that this is generally asking if a company has value in pre IPO investing. What is an IPO? An initial public offering is how much a company is worth when they first go public on the stock market. But a company might have value before that (like more recently Bumble and Coinbase). The investors got into these companies before they blew up, and came out with a lot of money. So you would want to invest in a pre IPO company before they achieve massive success.
Should I Start Dropshipping Or Real Estate Investing?
This all depends, first and foremost, on your passions. Have you ever heard, “If you love what you do you will never work a day in your life?” Do you think that you’ll be passionate to really work towards success with either dropshipping or real estate investing? What are you passionate about? If you are interested in investing for beginners specifically with real estate investing, Philip recommends going through an FHA loan.
