Over 30% of adults under the age of 35 are blaming the past two years on their reasoning for starting to plan their estates, and more wills are being written now than ever before.
Caring.com says a deep concern over family members becoming sick has caused 50% of adults to speed up their planning process. But is this too soon? It's a good idea to write your will sooner than later because, without a will, the state will decide where your assets go. And that process could be more costly for family members.
