People are boarding the crypto train at a quicker rate than ever before, despite the recent crypto meltdown.
Yes, there is still a lot of disagreement about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general. What do some of the world's wealthiest investors and billionaires think about Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency space?
On the one hand, we have legends like Warren Buffett and his sidekick, Charlie Munger, who claim that Bitcoin is worse than rat poison, that it is evil, and even praised China's communist tyranny for banning Bitcoin.
On the other side, however, we have people like billionaire investor Peter Thiel. Thiel is a huge fan of Bitcoin. He alleges Buffet, who he refers to as the sociopathic grandpa of Omaha, is allegedly opposed to Bitcoin because it threatens the status quo, which Buffett now enjoys.
Former detractors like Ray Dalio, who founded the world's largest hedge fund, are among the pro-Bitcoin billionaires. Others include famed investors Paul Tudor Jones, Bill Miller, and Stanley Druckenmiller, among others.
Indeed, some of the world's youngest millionaires, such as FTX's Sam Bankman-Fried and the Winklevoss twins of Gemini and Facebook fame, are staunch supporters of crypto.
