New video has been released in the death of George Floyd. The video shows another angle of the interaction. Former. Officer Tou Thao was shown arguing with bystanders. Bystanders heard pleading for officers to intervene. Bystander: "He's not even moving right now." Floyd's family attorney calls the new video "Devastating." Two black men have been found hanging from trees within the past two weeks. Robert Fuller was found hanging from a tree near Palmdale City Hall. Officials say there were no video cameras in the surrounding area. Authorities say they do not suspect foul play. The body of Malcolm Harsch was found days before Fuller. Harsch, 38, was found hanging from a tree outside the Victorville City Library. Families of both men suspect that they were murdered. Both bodies were found within 45 miles of each other.
