Two Atlanta police officers have been charged in the fatal shooting of Rayshard Brooks. Brooks, 27, was shot by APD officer Garrett Rolfe twice in the back. Officer Rolfe was fired and is facing 11 charges, including felony murder. Officer Devin Brosnan was charged on June 17th with aggravated assault and other violations. The district attorney stated that Rolfe said "I got him" after shooting brooks. Brosnan's attorney says he didn't agree to be the state's witness. GBI stated, "The da did not consult us before filing the charges."
