Though the exam was continuously postponed from March, State has decided to hold it by 15th June. This is while an alarm has been raised by opposition stating that as a minimum of 1,500 cases is being reported from the State; it is not the appropriate time to conduct examinations. The opposition, demands that the exams should be postponed while Madras High Court has questioned if the State can give an undertaking that no student will turn COVID 19 positive. The case has been adjourned to 11th June while the students are left in oblivion about their future.
