5:53Now PlayingIn a major relief to the Sachin Pilot camp, the Rajasthan High Court has told the speaker that no action is to be taken against the former Deputy CM of the state and other rebel MLAs till July 24. The HC was hearing the disqualification plea filed by Sachin Pilot and the removed MLAs who were sacked by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and Congress party.
The MLAs had moved HC challenging the CM's decision stating that intraparty flighting is not grounds for disqualification. CM Ashok Gehlot has maintained that the sacked MLA's were conspiring with the BJP to topple the Congress-led state government.
