Narendra, the patient who died shows that there was no one to look after them in the ward. Dogs roaming freely in the ward. The continuous increases in cases in Bihar also poses a problem to the government. Shyam tells Mirror Now, the healthcare facilities are scarce in all of Bihar. The patient continuously pleads for help but he is treated like an animal. The images being circulated are horrific and pose questions in front of the government.
