The year has also witnessed some great losses and it is thus important to speak up about our Mental Health and that of others. 1,39,123 people died by suicide in India in 2019. Over 10,000 students committed suicide in the year 2019, the highest in 25 years. With COVID-19 impacting lives across the globe, there is a greater need to talk about the impact of it on Mental Health.
