NCB also seized the mobile phones of Simone Khambatta and Jaya Saha, said the sources. The actors were questioned by the NCB for hours in connection to the Bollywood drug nexus case.
While Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor were questioned at the NCB’s zonal office at Ballard Estate, Deepika Padukone was questioned at a guest house in Colaba.
The NCB has registered a case on the request of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) after it found alleged chats of Deepika Padukone with her former manager in 2017 discussing drugs.
