This march was started from Oval ground near Mantralay and commemorated at Asiatic library. State congress chief Balasaheb Tnorat led this march. Along with him senior congress leader like Bhai Jagatap and cabinet minister Yashomati Thakur also joined this candle light match.
While speaking to Mirror Now exclusively, Minister Balasaheb Thorat questioned UP Govt one law and order issue., "It unfortunate that 19 year old was raped and murdered also the way her family members were treated by UP govt and police is not acceptable."
