A woman and her 5-year old child were attacked, abducted by a group of 7 men when they were on their way to the bank. The woman was allegedly gang-raped. The survivor and her child were tied up and then tossed into the river.
The survivor saved her life but the child drowned. 6 people have been accused who are still on the run. 2 people have been arrested so far. A case has been registered against the accused. The locals managed to rescue the woman who was thrown into the river. No country for India's daughters?
