as posted by the channelThe Enforcement Directorates submits before the High Court that the Former Principle Secretary of Kerala Chief Minister, M Sivasankar’s links to the Kerala Gold Smuggling Case accused Swapna Suresh, can be proved only via custodial interrogation. ED also seeks to submit materials against Sivasankar to the High Court.
Sivasankar had moved a petition seeking anticipatory bail in the case registered by the Customs in relation to the gold smuggling case. The Kerala High Court is all set to hear the anticipatory bail plea tomorrow. The Kerala Smuggling Case is currently being probed by ED, National Investigation Agency and the Customs department.e
