On The Urban Debate, Tanvi Shukla discusses the viral video of Paras Hospital in Agra. The District Administration took action against the Paras Hospital after the hospital claimed to experiment with the oxygen delivery. On June 7, an FIR was filed at the New Agra police station under sections 188 (violation of government orderer), 505 (statement committing public harm), 52 and 54 of the disaster management act, and section 3 of the pandemic act. As a result, the hospital has been shut down, and strict action has been taken against the hospital authorities. Because of his ignorant experiment, 22 patients in COVID and non-COVID wards lost their lives.

Narendra Nath Mishra says when there was no problem, why was such action taken? Why was the hospital sealed? It was a collapsed system which is full of denial and insensitivity.
