Sep 17, 20219:19Now PlayingToday the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Council of Heads of State convened under a hybrid format in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The SCO Summit was presided over by Tajikistan's President, H E Emomali Rahmon. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, delivered a message against radicalization pointing to the turn of events in Afghanistan via a virtual speech at the Summit's plenary session as he led the Indian delegation. Dr. S Jaishankar, India's External Affairs Minister, also attended the SCO Summit in person at Dushanbe. This will be the first SCO Summit held in a hybrid format, and India is attending for the fourth time as a member of the organization. Watch the video to see PM Modi’s message in the SCO
