On Monday, the Lok Sabha resolved to suspend four members of parliament for the rest of the monsoon session for creating a ruckus using placards and disrupting the proceedings. The MPs Manickam Tagore, TN Prathapan, Jothimani, and Ramya Haridas were suspended for their unruly behavior. According to the reports, the members were already warned by the speaker and told not to protest after 3 pm as a discussion on inflation was supposed to happen.
