Rep. James Comer says instead of impeachment against President Joe Biden, he will issue criminal referrals to the Biden “crime finally”. But anyone with a working brain can see the House’s impeachment inquiry is taking its final breath. We talked with Sam Seder of The Majority Report about the efforts to use Hunter Biden’s nepo baby status as some kind of criminal indictment of his dad. If that’s a crime then every Baldwin should be in jail.
Still, the House Oversight Committee, led by Comer, is insistent that Biden has committed crimes. What crimes? Well they're not sure. After over a year they are still trying to piece together a handful of meetings between Joe Biden, while he did not hold presidential power, to his son Hunter Biden and his business associates.
Though Comer is adamant that “impeachment is still on the table” he simply continues to claim that Biden’s crime will be revealed and evidence is coming soon without anything to back it up. Democrats have suggested that Comer simply call for an impeachment vote, knowing that he doesn’t have the votes and the evidence is nonexistent.
