Host Kristopher H. Bilbrey watches video of a meeting held by the newly elected Sheriff of Henry County, Indiana, John M. Sproles... Bilbrey then offers commentary on that meeting and the Sheriff's actions!

Sheriff Sproles has only been in office for 9 months (as of the airing of this episode on 09.05.23) and in that short time, he has really been stirring things up... & NOT IN A GOOD WAY!

This video looks at his first BIG move that he made towards the end of June, first of July 2023... and it dealt with all the other law enforcement officers & departments within the Henry County. He doesn't seem to mind that he is causing a lot of tension among the various law enforcement agencies within Henry County & the surrounding areas.

The bigger issue is the fact that his actions could very well lead to serious problems down the line with law enforcement officers that should/would, normally, be working together for the service & safety of everyone (law enforcement officers & citizens alike). And a law enforcement community that has normally worked together, is now, finding themselves at "odds" with each other.

At the end of the day, it's the tax paying citizens of Henry County, Indiana that will suffer due to, POOR LEADERSHIP! And that is what it ALL boils down to... POOR LEADERSHIP!

* * * IMPORTANT * * *

As the team was preparing for this video they received confirmation of an incident that Bilbrey had heard occurred in the Henry County Jail on Thursday, July 6th, 2023... that incident is as follows:

Bilbrey had been given information on 07.06.23 about Sheriff Sproles being involved in a "QUESTIONABLE", "Use of Force" against an inmate that was already in the custody of the HCSO jail. The "Use of Force" was described as: "shooting the inmate with 4, bean bag rounds... that were shot from a 12 gauge shotgun, at point blank range... this resulted in the inmate needing to be transported to the local hospital, where he received 22-24 stitches for his injuries!" Sources within the HSCO have already said that the ACLU & DOJ/FBI have already been notified about the situation & the inmate was moved to the Indiana DOC for his safety!
