IN THIS MEETING, SHERIFF SPROLES BASICALLY DREW A LINE IN THE SAND BETWEEN HIS DEPARTMENT & ALL OF THE SMALL TOWN POLICE DEPARTMENTS! IT WAS DIRECTLY AFTER THIS MEETING, THAT BILBREY WAS MADE AWARE OF A "LESS LETHAL - BEAN BAG - USE OF FORCE" INCIDENT BETWEEN SHERIFF SPROLES & AN INMATE IN THE JAIL JUST A FEW HOURS BEFORE THE MEETING TOOK PLACE! * * *

This recording is of a meeting held by the Henry County, Indiana Sheriff John M. Sproles! Sheriff Sproles has only been in office for 9 months (as of the airing of this episode on 09.10.23) and in that short time, he has really been stirring things up... & NOT IN A GOOD WAY!

* Sheriff Sproles holds a meeting where he tells all of the small town Police Dept's in Henry County that the HCSD will not be answering NON EMERGENT CALLS FOR SERVICE as of July 10th, 2023! The Sheriff is doing this because he says he is mad about the number of Marshals and Deputy Marshals there are in the Henry County area! He also takes issue with the Small Town Depts working Security and he and the New Castle Police Dept have decided to remove the "Spillman" Cad access from the small town Dept's!
