as posted by the channelOn June 28th, 2023... Host, Kristopher H. Bilbrey, interviewed a "noobie" political "watcher" called Louis Galligan. Louis had been friends & supporters of various elected officials in Winchester, Randolph County, Indiana... specifically, Louis had befriended Winchester Mayor Bob McCoy. This oftentimes put him at odds with Bilbrey & others.
By mid June 2023, however, that relationship appeared to have soured... and Louis was looking to "jump" sides. He had reached out to Joshua 'Civic Duty' Kimbrell... and started making allegations against Winchester Mayor Bob McCoy.
Due to the statements Louis was making, Kimbrell put Louis in touch with Bilbrey for a possible interview... and after several "pre-interview" discussions... an interview time and date was set.
Bilbrey interviewed Louis, based on questions and issues that Bilbrey had come up with over the past several months... but a majority of the interview came from information that Bilbrey was told during the "pre-interview" conversations between Louis, Kimbrell & Bilbrey! For several days leading up to the interview, Louis was handing over text messages between himself and who he claimed was Mayor McCoy!
Mayor McCoy had even confirmed, that at least some of the text(s) between he and Louis were real... when he corrected a statement that Bilbrey made based off those text messages between Louis & McCoy!
Needless to say, the "Bilbrey/Galligan Interview" was EXPLOSIVE!

Jump forward to August 9th, 2023... Louis & Winchester Mayor Bob McCoy were both at Winchester City Hall, where they had a conversation inside the Winchester City Hall. That conversation was picked up on the audio/video security equipment, which Kimbrell requested through a Public Records Request.
That video was released on the 'Civic Duty' YouTube channel on Sunday, September 3rd, 2023.
IN THAT VIDEO... LOUIS BACKTRACKS ON MANY THINGS HE SAID DURING THE "Bilbrey/Galligan Interview." He also makes many other strange statements & honestly, appears eager to throw Bilbrey under the bus!
