Toward the middle and end of the episode, Bilbrey discusses the local "hubbub" over the "firing" of Angie Hibner, who had been the Director of Muncie, Indiana's DOWNTOWN Development for the last year! Her removal was so abrupt and shocking that people were discussing what happened and what was next!

Rumors and gossip aside, what is the real story? Bilbrey dives into all of it to try and find out!

However, that is not the main focus of this episode! The main focus is something out of left field, but every now and again, that is needed! So what's the big deal? Well. . .

WORLD FAMOUS SUPERSTAR... Sir Elton John was recently caught "with his pants down," so to speak... in a situation which would leave some people amused... and others, well... PISSED!

Recently, while shopping for shoes in Nice, France, with his two preteen sons, the 77-year-old suddenly needed a restroom. John asked the shoe shop owner if he had a "public restroom." The owner, who admittedly DID NOT KNOW OR RECOGNIZE the musician, said, "NO! He did not have a public restroom."

By then, John desperately needed to "find a John" and asked his bodyguard for a bottle. The "Candle in the Wind" singer then stepped a few feet away from everyone while still in the shoe shop and on the sales floor, and he began "doing his business"—peeing in the bottle, right there, in front of anyone in the store!

The worst part is, during the ordeal, he must have been a bit unsteady because he "dribbled... a wee bit, on the floor! (Pardon the pun!) Sir Elton John, being the prim and proper Englishman, retrieved a towel from his bodyguard and cleaned up his "accident!'

During all of the insanity, the shop owner asked the musician what he did for work, which is a strange question to ask in the middle of what was happening, but the only thing stranger than the question was the answer! The singer answered simply by saying, "I'M ELTON JOHN!" This is an incredibly bizarre response and one that Bilbrey has said he is going to start using!

But even with the name, the shop owner still didn't know who he was, and honestly, he was a little upset with everything that went on... UNTIL... Elton bought a couple pairs of shoes for his boys... and the shop owner was able to google "E-L-T-O-N J-O-H-N!" And then... with a click of a camera and a post on social media... the shop owner went from PISSED OFF... TO HAPPY HIS FLOOR HAS BEEN PISSED ON, by the "Rocket Man..." which gives a whole new meaning to "Goodbye YELLOW Brick Road."

But other than being a crazy story, why is this something Bilbrey is talking about on the show?

Well... it reminded him of a story from when he was a Police Officer. And it's worth a "STORY TIME WITH BILBREY."
