Newsmax is facing over a billion dollars in defamation lawsuits for allegedly spreading election lies, so it is no wonder they had to shut the actor up as quickly as possible. Delist actor Kevin Sorbo appeared on Newsmax this week following Donald Trump's Tuesday presidential announcement where Sorbo was quickly shot down by a Newsmax host, actually a fill-in Newsmax host when Sorbo attempted to say that he was an election denier. And the host didn't want to hear any of it because of course she knows the news Max is being sued for over a billion dollars for the election lies that they had allowed to air on their network. Um, but anyway, Kevin, you may have just blown your shot at ever. Going back on News Max, as I mentioned, the network is facing more than $1 billion in defamation lawsuits for the election. Lies that the, that they allowed to be aired on their network. So they've gotta be, you know, they're walking on eggshells right now.

They have to make absolutely sure that nothing goes out on their airwaves, on their network. That even hints that there was election theft. Cuz anything, anything at all that goes out on that network right now can and will be used against them in a court of law. They may not be on the record, they may not be under oath, but if these companies, dominion Voting Systems and Smart Manic can look at that network and see that they're still pushing these lies, even if they don't mention those company names, they're still able to pull that, use it in court to show that look, they haven't learned a lesson. They're not really sorry, they have to pay up. So Kevin Sorbo may have just set back news, Max's defense to the point where they can't win. That's how toxic and dangerous putting nut jobs on your network is, and props to that host. Right? I gotta give her credit for that. She shut him down instantly. But even you saying, well, there's no evidence of that, his claim still made it out on the air. And that clip is now out there in the ether for anybody, including the plaintiff's lawyers to get ahold of and show it to the court.
