In other words, Taylor Swift's very existence has driven roughly 33% of Republicans completely insane. This is what happens to a Party that consistently denies reality as a coping mechanism - they become completely unable to process anything that is real and dive deeper into conspiracy theories. According to a new poll, Taylor Swift, her very existence itself, has apparently driven roughly one third of the Republican party. Completely insane, because according to this new poll, 32% of Republicans, a third of Republicans in America believe that Taylor Swift is part of some kind of deep state conspiracy, whatever, to get President Biden reelected in 2024. A third of Republicans believe this insane conspiracy theory, this, this is not a serious political party anymore, folks. The Republican Party has become the safe space for the people who don't wanna live in reality. You know, they can't explain why things happen because they choose to not look at the facts. So instead, they cocoon themselves in this alternative reality bubble where when they can't explain something or when the facts that do explain it don't line up with their beliefs, they just make stuff up. Like, why is Biden doing better in the polls right now?

Well, it certainly can't be because we're, we're creating more jobs, or because the economy's starting to look better, or because Republicans keep screwing up. Oh God, no. It must be because of Taylor Swift, right? It's not because Donald Trump's facing 91 felony criminal charges. It's gotta be something else, right? It's got, it's gotta be Taylor Swift. It's just Taylor Swift. Like that's what's happening. These people are crazy. I mean, this poll is telling us straight up, a third of Republicans are just batshit crazy. That's what this tells me. Taylor Swift has not even come out and endorsed any politicians this year or last year. By the way, the last time she did that was what, 2018 when she endorsed two Democrats for Senate in, uh, what Tennessee, I think it was. So for six years, she really hasn't said much about politics. The only thing she told her followers several months ago was register to vote, which is something that celebrities typically do every single election year.

They put out the big, get out, the vote things, getting the celebrities to tell people go register and vote. They're not telling 'em which party to vote for, not telling 'em which party to register with. They're not endorsing any specific candidate. They're just saying, Hey, it's your country. You get a voice, use your voice. And that's all Taylor Swift has done right now. Other than that, yeah, she showed up at some Kansas City Chiefs game. She was at the Super Bowl. So were so many other celebrities, by the way. But she has broken the brains of conservatives simply by existing, by being a successful woman. That's it. And they can't

Handle that. So they create these conspiracy theories as a coping mechanism so that they don't have to deal with reality, because the reality is Biden's doing better because the country, at least on paper to a degree, is doing better. Biden's doing better because Trump is doing worse. None of that has anything to do with Taylor Swift, but Republicans who can't accept reality would rather fall back on conspiracy theories than accept the truth.
