And like you said Sharon, whether you like it or not. And a lot of people don’t like it. This was the deal that was on the table. A non-prosecution agreement.”
Kelley explains that an offer was made to make a deposition in the civil case and Cosby wouldn’t be prosecuted for a criminal case. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen and this is why the Pennsylvania Supreme Court had to rectify the mistake that had been made. Although the deal was written out properly, the criminal case should have never happened.
