8:24Now PlayingTuesday marks day two of jury selection in the trial against R&B singer Robert Kelly.
A federal judge spent the day questioning potential jurors about whether they can keep an open mind as they hear arguments from both prosecutors and Kelly's legal team. The 54-year-old has been behind bars since 2019 and faces 22 federal charges, ranging from child sexual exploitation and child pornography to kidnapping and racketeering. He is also accused of running a criminal enterprise focused on recruiting women and girls for sex while silencing potential accusers. Kelly's former attorney Michael Leonard joins "BNC Live" with Tashanea Whitlow to discuss the jury selection process and what's ahead in the trial.
