Vice President Kamala Harris addressed the nation about the bill after presiding over the vote on Capitol Hill. She says it means people in the United States will no longer need to drink water from lead pipes or go to parking lots of fast food restaurants to get access to the internet. Harris says the infrastructure bill will also create union jobs. As she introduces President Joe Biden, she praises him for his work on getting the bill passed. Biden thanks the bipartisan legislators who helped with the bill. "America, this is truly how we build back better," the President says.
