A <strong>leading Research Fellow at King’s College London</strong>, Dr Rossi is currently investigating nutrition-based therapies in gut health, including pre-and probiotics, dietary fibres, the low-FODMAP diet and food additives,</p><br /><p>As well as leading The Gut Health Clinic.
