Amendments to expand the proposal to include various liquor and food license changes did not advance, as Housley advocated a limited, previously-negotiated approach to aid the restaurant industry. During the bill's consideration, the Senate debate expanded to arguments in support of restarting the economy to maintaining the essential business approach.
The Senate also passed a bill allowing telemedicine to used to treat erectile dysfunction.
