The disease spreads as the immune response is slow, and the virus by then has spread in the body. Vaccines are given to a normal person and not to a patient. Parallel processing needs to be done and we have to work on 100 vaccines at the same time, as the time to develop a vaccine takes time. 200 to 300 million dollars are needed for developing a vaccine’.
