0:54Now PlayingThe National Investigation Agency has made its 7th arrest in the Pulwama attack case by arresting Bilal Ahmed Kuchey on the 5th of July. Bilal was a terrorist associate who harboured and extended logistical support to JeM terrorists and also planned and executed the attack. He is a local resident of Kakapora, Pulwama. Bilal runs a sawmill at his house and is a terror associate.
According to NIA, the main executioners of the attack stayed in Bilal's house, Bilal also introduced them to others who provided terrorists with a safe house. He is accused of providing high-end mobile phones to the other accused to contact their JeM bosses. Bilal is sent to 10 days NIA custody.
