As the special assembly session is supposed to start tomorrow and there was some anticipation, Kapil Sibal today rebuffed all anticipation of informing the Supreme Court in advance. The special assembly is also going to witness a no-confidence motion. Bhartiya Janata Party has announced a no-confidence motion in Rajasthan's special assembly.
