The workers demanded justice for Manisha Valmiki, who was raped brutally in Hathras in Uttar Pradesh and expressed solidarity with the victim's family, highlighting the need for more stringent laws.
Earlier in the day, members of the All India Democratic Student Organization and All India Mahila Sanskritik Sangathan too had staged protests in Bengaluru.
