3:39Now PlayingOn Friday, the second edition of the Khelo India Winter Games kicked off in Gulmarg, Jammu & Kashmir. The inaugural address of the Games was delivered by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, who practically inaugurated the sports conference, and said that this is a big move towards making Jammu and Kashmir a major hub with an important Indian presence at the Winter Games. He expressed his best wishes to the Jammu and Kashmir players, and to players from all over the country.
Under the auspices of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, the J&K Sports Council and the Winter Games Association of J&K organize the annual event, which made its debut in Ladakh and J&K last year
