2:11Now PlayingThe Bombay High Court has pulled up the Centre for its "insensitive" way over the issue of supply of more than 100 dysfunctional ventilators to hospitals in the Marathwada region of Maharashtra. A vacation bench of Justices R V Ghuge and B U Debadwar observed that the Union government was more focused on the company that produced and supplied the dysfunctional ventilators than the lives of citizens. On the other hand, the Centre in its defense presented an affidavit, which says that the given ventilators were not purchased through the PM care fund, Instead, they were purchased from Make In India scheme. The Centre went on blaming the hospital staff for not being trained and mismanaged the ventilators. Watch out for the video for more information.
