The Congress accused the Ram temple trust of wrongdoing in the acquisition of land in Ayodhya on Monday, and requested a Supreme Court-monitored investigation. The party also said it was a "huge scam" perpetrated with monies gathered from devotees, and demanded an answer from Prime Minister Narendra Modi on whether those behind it were protected by him.
