The notice comes after an acid attack on a teen in Delhi. “DCW has learnt that the accused bought acid through ‘Flipkart’ & that acid is easily available on ‘Amazon’ & ‘Flipkart’ which is illegal,” said a DCW letter, seeking details. Two bike-borne men, including victim’s neighbour, threw acid on the class 12 student minutes after she left her west Delhi home for school on Wednesday morning. The teen was with her younger sister when the incident took place at Mohan Garden near Uttam Nagar. The incident was caught on a CCTV camera.
