Jeh Johnson highlights that the government cannot have a situation where people take it upon themselves to make public classified information.

There are official's called 'Classification authorities' in the US government who are best suited to make decisions on whether something should go public.

He then goes on to define what a whistle blower really is and concludes by saying there are authorities tat make sure the proper protection is in place.

Jeh Charles Johnson serves in the Obama Administration as the General Counsel for the US Department of Defense, one of the largest and most demanding lawyer positions in Washington.
