Sen. Raphael Warnock joins Roland Martin on #RolandMartinUnfiltered to discuss his newly passed housing legislation, which for the first time gives homeowners legal recourse to demand a second appraisal if they believe an appraisal is biased. Warnock ties the bill to a broader pattern he calls a "tax you pay just for being Black," pointing to Wall Street ownership of roughly 1 in 4 homes in Georgia and the barriers created by zoning red tape. He also accuses the Trump administration of "looting and burning" the country's systems of accountability and calls for congressional investigations if Democrats take back the House or Senate in November. An RMU panel — Rebecca Carruthers of the Fair Elections Center, a civil rights attorney from the Patillo Law Firm, and Georgia State Rep.
