11:10Now PlayingDoes Jeffrey Toobin deserve a comeback? Are legal analysts really so rare that CNN needs to have this particular one back?
Disgraced New Yorker columnist, and CNN legal correspondent, Jeffrey Toobin returned to cable TV after serving a brief suspension for exposing himself to many of his New Yorker colleagues on a Zoom call. In his incredibly cringey interview on CNN with Aliysn Camerota, he claimed that he didn’t think others could see him, but based on the account I’ve read, I’m not buying it.
Had someone else been caught doing what he did, let’s just say that they wouldn’t be allowed to have their job back, let alone their extremely high profile, extremely public facing, job. Apparently, Toobin’s legal commentary is just that irreplaceable. I mean who else can multi-task like that!? Ew.
