In the wake of the major derailment and “controlled” explosions that occurred in East Palestine only a few weeks ago, everyone continues to act like a fool.
Whether it’s President Biden, Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigeg, former President Trump, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine, everyone continues to act like everything is fine and normal and good, actually. There’s no movement towards reinstating rules (repealed by the Trump administration) that necessitated safer breaking systems, or lowering the speed limit for massive industrial trains carrying toxic waste.
