9:17Now PlayingA 22-year-old American citizen and Trump fan wanted to see the president she admires. Her Venezuelan husband, Bryan Rojas, planned a honeymoon and drove her from Wisconsin to Trump National Doral to make it happen.
They never got past the security checkpoint. Over a crown tattoo, an airsoft BB gun, and a marijuana grinder, ICE flagged Bryan as a possible Tren de Aragua member and detained him for three months and nine days — even though a judge ruled he was no danger and no flight risk, and his own bond motion confirms he's never been convicted of a serious crime.
By the time he got out, the family was more than $80,000 in debt. His next hearing isn't until 2028. And his wife still says Trump is a good president.
