3:49Now PlayingJury selection begins Monday in the trial for R. Kelly.
The king of R&B is accused of running a criminal scheme in which women and underaged girls were recruited for sex. The singer is also accused of bribing an official back in 1994 to obtain a fake ID to marry the late singer Aaliyah, who was 15 years old at the time. R. Kelly faces 22 federal charges in four states, including child sexual exploitation, child pornography, kidnapping, forced labor, racketeering and obstruction of justice. The singer has been in federal custody for two years and could face decades behind bars. BNC correspondent Dray Clark joins "BNC Live" with Tashanea Whitlow to discuss the federal case.
