Woman Driving With a Suspended License and No Registration or Insurance Gets Arrested

On March 2, 2026 at approximately 5:17 AM, Officer Thomas Fawkes with the St. Charles Police Department ran the license plate of a black Ford F-150 on Randall Road. He was advised that the registration was expired, and initiated a traffic stop in the 1500 block of W Main Street. He made contact with the driver, who was later identified as Liliana Villalba.

Liliana was only able to show a picture of her license, and Officer Fawkes was advised by Tri-Com that her license was suspended. The auto insurance on the vehicle was also expired. Based on her complete lack of valid documentation, Liliana was placed under arrest shortly after Officer Jason Wessendorf arrived on scene to assist.

She was placed in the patrol car and transported to the St. Charles Police Department for further processing. After she was processed at the station, Liliana was advised of her charges and eventually released pending her court appearance in the Kane County Branch Courtroom on April 2, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

Liliana was charged with the following:

1) Suspended license (625 ILCS 5/6-303(a))

2) Operating an uninsured motor vehicle (625 ILCS 5/3-707)

3) Operating a vehicle with an expired registration (625 ILCS 5/3-413(f))
